Engaged Couples

Currently, we have six married couples that have received training to sponsor an engaged couple in preparing them for marriage. There is a series of six meetings that are set up at the convenience of both couples. All materials are provided by the Diocese.

Engaged and Planning a Wedding?

Contact the Marriage Minister six months in advance for preparation. For more information, email Diane Salazar or contact the Marriage Ministry office at (972) 279-6581 ext 19.

Getting Married This Year?

If you have had your appointment with a marriage minister, be sure your paperwork is turned in as soon as possible.

FOCCUS is a self-diagnostic inventory tool designed to help couples lean more about themselves and their relationship. It is not a test nor meant to predict success or failure in marriage. It reflects the values and ideals of marriage as sacred. It is recommended that all engaged couples complete the process prior to their marriage preparation.
